John is a Technical Services Expert who has been working in the High Tech Industry for companies that manufacture computers and components for computers. John has an B.S. degree in Computer Information Systems , an A.A.S. degree in Electronics Technology and is PMP certified (Project Management Professional). He has had over ten years experience in the IT industry as a Programmer, Technical Administrator and Manager of multiple Technical / Computer Services Teams. John also has an additional fifteen years of experience working on Computers and Electronic Equipment in a large corporate environment.
